KIA Tigers pitcher Lim Ki-young has given birth to a baby boy.
Im Ki-young’s wife, Kim Mi-eum, gave birth to a healthy baby boy weighing 3.06 kilograms at 1:06 p.m. on April 18 at W Hospital in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, and both mother and child are in good health.
The couple, who have been calling the baby “Gidonga,” have not yet named him.
“I’m very grateful to my wife for giving birth to a healthy son, and I’m very happy,” Lim said, adding, “I will do my best to be a good father and a good player at home and on the field.”안전놀이터
Lim has been a key member of the KIA bullpen this season. In 55 appearances, he has a record of 4-3, 15 holds, 3 saves, 75⅔ innings pitched, 24 runs (22 earned), 52 strikeouts, a 2.62 ERA, and a 0.81 WHIP (walks allowed per inning).
